是一种有毒植物,分布于亚洲热带;中国南部亦产。常用为中药材及外用治皮肤病。切记‼️ 藤本相思子含有剧毒,所以不要随便吃或服用哦!

☘️ 红豆 (种子全红)
红豆的体积比较大,最常用来做红豆沙糖水。红豆含有丰富的营养,具有养生的功效,气味甘、酸、平、无毒,有化湿补脾之功效,对脾胃虚弱的人比较适合。常常吃红豆可以滋补五脏,促进排毒排便,很适合孕妇,产妇和哺乳期食用。加入莲子、百合更有固精益气、止血和强健筋骨等作用,能治干咳,增强体力。
