Description
Our Story
Every month, a woman’s body goes through a natural cycle of depletion. After menstruation ends, Qi and blood are relatively weaker, making it an important time to nourish the body and replenish vital energy.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the week after menstruation is considered a golden period for women to nourish Qi and blood. If this period is neglected over time, Qi and blood deficiency may gradually accumulate, leading to fatigue, pale complexion, cold hands and feet, or menstrual discomfort. BaZhenJie is specially designed for women’s post-menstrual care and daily Qi and blood nourishment.
BaZhenJie is inspired by the classic Ba Zhen formula and blends twelve carefully selected herbs, including Radix Angelica, Codonopsis, Poria Cocos, and Prepared Rehmannia. It helps replenish Qi and blood, support body constitution, and gently nourish the body. No cooking is required — simply brew and drink, making it convenient for daily consumption.
Whether for post-menstrual care during the golden nourishment period or for daily Qi and blood support, BaZhenJie is an easy and gentle choice for women’s self-care.

I’ve NEVER liked drinking any Chinese herbal tonic, especially BA CHEN! Hated it to the core when my mum boiled for me and I would find all sort of excuses to avoid it. But this BA CHEN from foodart !!!!! OMG !!!!! What a surprise!!!!!! It’s so tasty like regular tonic soup sweet and savory at the same time and some nutty and herbs flavors… it’s so so good!!!!! I’m drinking it like regular soup with meals and gosh not only it tastes good it’s really potent and helped me with my menstrual cycle when it went haywire as I was sick. I’m really loving it very very much. I’m also trying out their other stuffs like the one to clear lungs, for beauty and 祛湿茶, so far all very yummy, hopefully it’s as potent as the ba Chen. ☺️
