It’s worth getting the jumbo pack. I consumed this as I know am getting my gallbladder removed. Sure enough it helps me to regain and recover faster. My grandma complained her body is in pain and therefore having difficulty to sit up or even turn her body during diaper change. I was looking for something to help her so she don't feel painful.
