Optional checkout add-ons get clicked by 1.7% of customers on average. That's not a give-back program — that's an excuse.
So we did the math, set our retail price to absorb the donation cost across every soup, and removed the checkbox entirely. Every customer is a giver. Nobody has to click yes.
This is a margin commitment, not a marketing line. We tell our finance team about it; we tell our suppliers about it; now we're telling you.
