Tried Food Art FIFTYYOUNG recently. I like that it’s so convenient and easy to prepare and there is no need to spend time cooking herbal soup. Just add hot water and let it steep.
The taste is honestly just okay for me, as I’m not particularly used to the herbal flavour, but I appreciate the convenience and the idea behind a herbal soup specially formulated for women.
Overall, a convenient option if you’re looking for something easy to incorporate into your wellness routine.

Extremely convenient to brew and bring on the go. Only need to steep herb pack for at least 2 hours in boiling water, and it’s ready to drink. Taste great too! Taking it twice a week for a start.
