Easily my fav out of all foodart soups. Taste is not too herbally strong, it’s like a savoury soup. I take it regularly and found that it does help with energy levels. Easier to wake up in the mornings and don’t immediately want to crash when I get home at end of the day. Bought this jumbo pack after I finished my small pack. Would and actually have recommended to others.
