1. When is the best time to drink this soup?
You can enjoy it anytime! If you've just recovered from COVID, this soup helps rebuild your strength, support your lungs, and restore your immune system.

• For the first month: 1 sachet daily or every other day.
  
  
• After that: 3 times a week to maintain energy and vitality.
  It’s also safe to drink during your period — gentle and nourishing all the way.

2. What about younger kids (under 6)?
For little ones aged 3 to 5, we recommend starting with Nosewonder or Excel Lung soup. These are milder and specially crafted to support young immune and respiratory systems.

3. I’m currently infected with COVID. What should I drink now?
During active infection, go for Nosewonder and Excel Lung to soothe symptoms and support healing. Once you’re on the mend, switch to the Post-COVID Recovery Soup to help restore energy, detox gently, and support long-term recovery.

4. Can I drink this soup every day?
Yes! Daily use is encouraged during the first month of recovery. After that, 3 times a week is enough to keep your body feeling balanced and strong.

5. Is it suitable after surgery?

6. Can people with high uric acid drink this soup?
