How long until my order arrives?
Most Singapore orders arrive in 5 to 7 working days. Malaysia in 3 to 8 working days depending on the region. See the full delivery table on our Shipping page.
Do you deliver outside Singapore and Malaysia?
We deliver to Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Taiwan. For other countries, WhatsApp us and we will arrange a quote.
How do I change my delivery address after ordering?
WhatsApp us or reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing the order. We can update the address before dispatch.
How do I redeem my rewards points?
Sign in to your account, open the rewards panel, and pick the reward you want. Your code applies automatically at checkout if you are signed in.
Is Food Art halal certified?
Yes. We are JAKIM Halal certified, and our facility holds GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 certifications. See the Halal page for downloadable certificates.
