About the Soup
How is Food Art soup different from regular instant soup?
Food Art soups are crafted from 100% natural ingredients using time-honoured Asian herbal recipes. Unlike processed instant soups with MSG, preservatives or artificial flavours, every Food Art sachet contains only real herbs, fruits, beans and grains — designed to be activated by hot water, no cooking required.
Are Food Art soups vegetarian?
Yes — every soup in our core range is fully vegetarian. We use plant-based herbs, beans, dates, mushrooms and grains. The soups are also Halal certified (MS1500 1018-02/2024) and suitable for most dietary lifestyles.
How do I prepare a Food Art soup?
Three methods: (1) Drop a sachet in a thermal flask, add 350–450ml boiling water, wait 30 minutes. (2) Place in a heat-safe bowl with lid, pour boiling water, wait 10–15 minutes. (3) Simmer in a saucepan for 5–8 minutes for a richer broth. Full guide at /pages/how-to-prepare.
How long does a prepared soup keep?
Once prepared, consume within 4 hours if kept warm in a flask. If you can't finish, refrigerate within 1 hour and consume within 24 hours.
What's the shelf life of an unopened sachet?
Unopened sachets stay fresh for 18 months from manufacture date when stored in a cool, dry place. Best-before date is printed on each pack.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Taiwan. We don't deliver to PO Boxes. Other international addresses can be arranged on request — email hello@foodartstore.com or WhatsApp +65 9003 7720.
How much is shipping in Singapore?
SGD 4 flat rate. Free shipping for orders above SGD 150. Same-day delivery available in Singapore for orders placed before noon (Mon–Sat).
How long does delivery take?
Singapore: 5–7 working days standard, same-day for early-cutoff orders. West Malaysia: 3–5 days. East Malaysia: 6–8 days. Hong Kong: 4–5 days. Indonesia: 7–11 days. Taiwan: 7–11 days.
Can I self-collect from your stores?
Yes — pick up at Raffles City (B1-K6) Mon–Sun 10am–10pm or Tampines Mall (L3, Kiosk-03) Mon–Sun 11am–9pm. Choose self-collect at checkout.
What if I miss the delivery?
The courier will leave a note. Contact the courier directly to arrange re-delivery or pickup at the nearest branch using the tracking link we email you.
Orders, Returns & Refunds
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Click through to see live shipment status.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@foodartstore.com with photos within 48 hours of receipt. We'll work with the courier on a refund or replacement.
Can I return unopened sachets?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, in original unopened packaging. Refunds processed within 6–12 business days from when we receive the return. Email us first to start the return.

How do I earn rewards points?
Sign up for free 100 welcome points. Earn 1 point per SGD 1 spent. Redeem 100 points = SGD 1 off, minimum 500 points (SGD 5). Bonus points on birthdays and referrals. Visit our rewards page for full details.
