How do I join?
Create a free account on our website. You start at Classic and get a 10% welcome code for your first order.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every S$1 you spend at foodartstore.com. Points are added to your account once payment is confirmed.
What are my points worth?
Every point gives you 10% back. For example, 40 points gets you S$4 off. You can also save up for bigger coupons, free shipping or a free trial pack.
How do the tiers work?
There are three tiers: Classic, Premium and Elite. Earn 200 points in any rolling 12 months to reach Premium, and 800 points to reach Elite. Bronze, Silver and Gold are now Classic, Premium and Elite, and Platinum is now part of Elite.
Will redeeming points lower my tier?
No. Your tier is based on the points you earn, not the points you spend, so redeeming never lowers it. Your tier only changes if you stop earning.
Can I use more than one discount on an order?
You can use one membership discount per order. The one exception is Welcome 10% with Save More 10%, which combine for 19% off. Free gifts and free shipping always stack with your discount.
What do I get on my birthday?
Save your birthday once and we add 40 points to your account, one time. Premium members also get 15% off and Elite members 20% off as a birthday discount.
How does free shipping work for Premium and Elite?
Premium members get a free shipping voucher once a quarter, and Elite members once a month, for orders over S$40.
How does Refer a Friend work?
Share your referral link. Your friend gets S$6 off their first order of S$40 or more, and once that order goes through, you get S$6 too.
My points are missing. What should I do?
Points appear once payment is confirmed. If an order is missing its points, email hello@foodartstore.com or WhatsApp +65 9006 6885 with your order number and we will sort it out.
Can I exchange points for cash?
Points, coupons and gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Programme terms may be updated from time to time.
