I updated my birthday after making a purchase. Can I still get my birthday discount?

Birthday discounts are valid only during your birthday month. Updating your birthdate will not apply discounts retroactively to previous purchases. Your birthday reward will be available for use on your birthday month next year.

What are the product that I purchase can earn points?

You can earn points on any products purchased at Wonderliv Food Art - Official Website, Official Retail Shops, Official FB Page, Official WhatsApp. Points are rewarded automatically on the total amount of the receipt. Except for other platform such as Shopee, Lazada, partners' store.

I purchase via WhatApps or FB Messenger or at Food Art store instead from official website, can I still join Food Art Rewards Program?

Yes you can, but first you will need to register an account with us at the official website. Then, you may provide us your email address when you place order via WhatsApp or FB Messenger or store. However, you only be able to check your points status and redeem rewards once you log into your account at official website.

How long will it takes for the points to show up in my account?
