- Glehnia Root* - Nourishes Yin and clears the lungs’ heat.
- Loquat Leaf* - Clears the lungs’ heat and eases coughing.
- Bitter Apricot Seed* - Relieves coughing and nasal dryness.


Suitable For:
- Individuals aged 3 and above
- Those with phlegmy coughs, especially with yellow phlegm
- Those looking to support lung and spleen function and ease respiratory discomfort
- Individuals with signs of internal damp-heat
- Individuals who are breastfeeding or menstruating, as well as those with G6PD deficiency and the three highs (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and high blood sugar), subject to specific circumstances

Recommended Usage
- For recurring cough with significant yellow phlegm: 1 sachet daily for 1 week
