How long does it take for delivery?
We process and ship out your order within 3 business days once payment is completed. Use the tracking information sent to you by email to check the precise delivery day. Please keep in mind there can be delays during peak season such as public holidays, festive periods, or major sales.
Can I choose a specific time and date for delivery?
All deliveries are handled by our courier partners and customers are not able to choose a specific date and time. You can check your shipment status using the tracking information provided via email once your order is fulfilled.
How can I check the shipment status?
You will receive the tracking information via email once your order is fulfilled. Use the link in that email, or sign in to your account, to track your shipment.
I missed the delivery. What should I do now?
If there is no one at the address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a Delivery Note or message for you to call back. You can arrange a second attempt with the courier company, or pick the parcel up at the nearest branch.
Do you provide self-collection service?
Yes, you can choose to self-collect at either of our Singapore shops.

The item was damaged during shipment. Can you replace it?
We are not responsible for damages caused during shipment. However, we will help you process a refund claim with the courier in charge. Take a photo of the parcel before opening it and send it to us together with photos of the damaged item. Depending on the courier company, the refund may or may not be approved.
Do you deliver outside Singapore and Malaysia?
We deliver to Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Taiwan. For other countries, WhatsApp us and we will arrange a quote.
How do I change my delivery address after ordering?
WhatsApp us or reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing the order. We can update the address before dispatch.
