Description
Our Story
After recovering from a serious illness, the body is often still in a relatively weak recovery phase. Even when fever has subsided and symptoms have eased, many people may still feel weak, easily fatigued, short of breath after light activity, have a poor appetite, or find that their energy is slow to recover.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, post-illness weakness is often related to Qi deficiency, spleen and lung insufficiency, and incomplete recovery of vital energy. Proper nourishment during this stage can help the body gradually restore strength, vitality, and daily energy.
Cowecare is specially designed for daily care during post-illness recovery and for individuals with weaker constitutions. It is made with carefully selected herbs such as Codonopsis, Radix Astragali, and Rhizome Polygonati, combined with Organic Sacha Inchi Powder. These ingredients help replenish Qi, strengthen the body, nourish the lungs and spleen, and support recovery and daily immunity. No cooking is required — simply brew and drink, making it an easy choice for post-illness nourishment and daily wellness support.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the best time to consume Cowecare?+
Cowecare may be consumed at any time, especially during the recovery period or as part of regular wellness maintenance. During the first month after recovery, such as after recovering from COVID-19, it is recommended to drink it daily or every other day to help replenish Qi, nourish the lungs, and restore physical strength. For maintenance care, it may be consumed 2–3 times a week to support immunity and overall body condition.
Can children under 6 years old consume Cowecare?+
It is not recommended for children under 6 years old. For children aged 3–6, we recommend NoSneezy or Excellunng, as their formulas are gentler and more suitable for children’s respiratory and immune health.
Is it suitable to consume Cowecare while infected with COVID-19?+
During active infection, it is recommended to focus on symptom management and seek medical advice when needed. NoSneezy or Excellunng may be more suitable during this stage to support respiratory comfort. Cowecare is more suitable for the recovery period after illness, as it focuses on replenishing Qi, supporting lung nourishment, restoring physical strength, and strengthening immunity.
Is Cowecare suitable after surgery?+
Yes. Cowecare may be suitable after surgery as part of recovery care. It helps replenish Qi, support body strength, and promote post-recovery nourishment. However, if you have specific dietary restrictions after surgery or are currently taking medication, it is recommended to consult your doctor before consumption.
Can people with high uric acid consume Cowecare?+
Yes. Cowecare is a plant-based formula with no added sugar or animal ingredients, making it generally suitable for individuals with high uric acid. However, if you are currently receiving treatment, have kidney-related concerns, or are allergic to specific herbal ingredients, please consult your doctor before consumption.
Can breastfeeding mothers consume Cowecare?+
Yes, breastfeeding mothers may consume it in moderation. However, please closely observe your baby’s reaction after consumption. If the baby shows any discomfort, such as fever, rash, or unusual reactions, it is recommended to stop consumption or reduce the frequency. A suggested frequency is once every 2–3 days. If other nourishing soups are already being consumed, it is recommended to avoid taking multiple nourishing formulas at the same time. For safety reasons, breastfeeding mothers are not recommended to consume this product in large amounts or continuously for an extended period.
I’ve NEVER liked drinking any Chinese herbal tonic, especially BA CHEN! Hated it to the core when my mum boiled for me and I would find all sort of excuses to avoid it. But this BA CHEN from foodart !!!!! OMG !!!!! What a surprise!!!!!! It’s so tasty like regular tonic soup sweet and savory at the same time and some nutty and herbs flavors… it’s so so good!!!!! I’m drinking it like regular soup with meals and gosh not only it tastes good it’s really potent and helped me with my menstrual cycle when it went haywire as I was sick. I’m really loving it very very much. I’m also trying out their other stuffs like the one to clear lungs, for beauty and 祛湿茶, so far all very yummy, hopefully it’s as potent as the ba Chen. ☺️
