Ba Kut Teh 素古茶



Ba Kut Teh is a Chinese herbal soup with Dong Gui known for its warming properties. It is popularly eaten in Malaysia. In the old days, the herbal mix can only be purchased at the Chinese “medicine shop”. However, you can now enjoy Food Art Ba Ku Teh Soup Pack, with ready mixed herbs come in a packet, you can just boil it with other ingredients based on your preference! You'll then be able to enjoy a delicious and nourishing meal with your family. 


材料: 當歸、玉竹、枸杞、黨參、熟地、甘草、北耆、桂皮、川芎、 胡椒粒、洋參須、陳皮和八角。
醬油: 黃豆、水、鹽、焦糖和小麥粉。
Ingredients: Herbs: Radix Angelica Sinensi, Rhizoma Polygonati Officinalis, Fructus Lycii, Radix Codonositis, Radixet Rhizoma Rehmanniae, Raidx Glyyrrhizae, Radix Astragali, White Pepper, Cortex Ciniamomi, Rhizoma Ligustici, Radix Ginseng, Pericarpium Citri Chachiensis & Star Anise.
Soya Sauce: Soya Bean, Water, Salt, Caramel and Wheat Flour.

使用方法: 加入1升水沸水。然後加入1包”素古茶“,以小火煮沸30分鍾。再加入1包醬油,用小火煮60分鍾。可以加入自己喜歡的食材。趁熱享用。

How to Use: Bring to boil 1 liter water. Add 1 packet of Ba Kut Teh and boil for 30min at low heat. Add 1 packet of Soya Sauce and boil for 60min at low heat. Can also add in other ingredients. Serve Hot.


Serving Suggestion: Ba Kut Teh is best served hot with steamed rice or fragrant rice and cut chilies in soy sauce. A vegetable dish goes well with Ba Kut Teh too!
