Organic unbleached wheat flour, Corn starch and Himalayan Rock Salt
Sour Hot sauce: Soya bean oil, Lemongrass, Mushroom, Galangal, Chili, Fresh Lime, Lime leaves, Citric acid, Soy Bean, Wheat flour, Water, Sugar and Salt.

How to use
How to Use: Bring to boil 500 ml water. Cover the lid and boil for 10min. Add in 1 pack of noodles, and cook for 5 mins. After 5 mins, drain the water. Add 1 packet of SourHot Sauce and stir well with noodles in bowl or plate.
Storage and Reminder
Storage Instruction: Recommended to refrigerate or keep in a cool dry place after opening.
Product Shelf Life: Approximately 10 months. Refer to the back of the packaging for the exact expiry date.
